In our club, we once again organized winter hikes during the 2025/26 season, which ran from November 1, 2025 to April 20, 2026. During this period, approximately 110 hikers signed up, including several children, whose energy further enriched our shared trails.
Although the symbolic milestone of 171 ascents was not reached this year – the winner fell just one ascent short – the results are nonetheless outstanding and a testament to perseverance, dedication, and a wonderful community spirit.
The final results were as follows:
Men:
- 1st place – 170 ascents: Jernej Rupnik
- 2nd place – 159 ascents: Brian Zbašnik
- 3rd place – 150 ascents: Anton Perhaj
Women:
- 1st place – 158 ascents: Brina Štupica
- 2nd place – 112 ascents: Anja Andoljšek
- 3rd place – 73 ascents: Barbara Škulj
Among the children, Jakob Honn stood out with 30 ascents, for which he was also awarded a special prize.
